The user interface is available in German and English. More languages are planned.

Sign up for the waitlist. Once your access is activated, create a project and invite your team. Tasks, documents and chat are ready to use immediately.

Through the project settings you create an invitation link and assign a role (Admin, Member or Guest). You share the link via WhatsApp, SMS or email. Invited users can sign up with email or phone number.

Guests have read access to tasks, documents, lists, checklists, notes and time entries. They do not have access to chat, feed or AI features.

A native mobile app for iOS and Android is planned. Currently Worx365 works as a responsive web app on all devices. You can already add Worx365 to your home screen and use it like a native app.

Worx365 uses real-time synchronization with Firebase. Basic offline support is available — changes are synced as soon as you are back online.

You can upload images, PDFs, Office documents and other common file formats. The maximum file size depends on your plan.

You can track time per project and task — either with the built-in timer or by manual entry. The data can be exported as Excel.

Emma, the AI assistant, is included in every plan. She creates texts, summarizes documents, generates tasks, answers questions about your project, and has over 45 tools, voice control and cross-project memory.

Emma is your AI assistant in Worx365. She creates a morning briefing, distributes tasks after meetings, reminds you of forgotten deadlines and summarizes documents. Emma knows your projects, remembers important information and works across projects — via text or voice.

Emma has over 45 tools: create and manage tasks, analyze documents, track time entries, generate project summaries, send notes via email, create templates, translate texts, write weekly reports and much more. Every morning, Emma can create a personal briefing with all upcoming tasks and deadlines.

Yes. You can sign up either with email and password or with your phone number. With phone registration you receive an SMS code for verification.

The solution depends on your device: **Mac (Chrome/Edge/Firefox):** Open System Settings → Notifications → your browser and enable "Allow Notifications". Also make sure no Focus mode is active. **Windows (Chrome/Edge/Firefox):** Open Settings → System → Notifications and make sure your browser is allowed to send notifications. Also check that Do Not Disturb mode is off. **iPhone / iPad:** Open Settings → Notifications → Worx365 and enable "Allow Notifications". Make sure banners, sounds and badges are enabled and no Focus mode is blocking notifications. **Android:** Open Settings → Apps → Worx365 → Notifications and enable all notification channels. Also check under Settings → Battery that Worx365 is not restricted by battery optimization.

Emma is included in every plan. Depending on your plan, you have a monthly message quota: S = 500, M = 2,000, L = 5,000 messages per month. If that is not enough, you can add extra message bundles (+1,000 for €39, +2,000 for €79, or +5,000 for €169 per month).

You can try the S plan free for 30 days — with all features including Emma. After that you choose a plan that fits your team. During the Closed Beta all features are available for free.

Worx365 uses a monthly subscription model. The project owner selects a plan (S, M, L or XL) that determines members, storage and Emma messages for all their projects. Team members do not need their own subscription — they are included in the owner's plan. Additional storage and Emma messages can be added as add-ons.

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through our payment provider Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum contract period.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately, a downgrade applies from the next billing period. Already paid amounts are prorated.

Each plan has a member limit. All unique members (including guests) across all non-archived projects of the owner are counted. A member who is in multiple projects counts only once. Archived projects do not count toward the limit.

That depends on your plan: S = up to 5 members, M = up to 20, L = up to 50, XL = unlimited. If you need more seats, simply upgrade to a larger plan.

The number depends on your plan: S = 500, M = 2,000, L = 5,000 messages per month. The quota applies to the entire team (not per user). You can add extra message bundles if needed.

Storage for photos, videos and documents is included in your plan: S = 1 GB, M = 20 GB, L = 50 GB, XL = unlimited. Additional storage can be added as an add-on (+20 GB for €10 or +50 GB for €20 per month).

Yes. You can export time entries as Excel and download all project data (documents, images, tasks, notes etc.) as a ZIP file. The export is available at any time via the project settings.

All Emma data (conversations, memory, configuration) is stored in the EU and is only accessible to you. Consent is required before first use. You can export or completely delete all Emma data at any time.

All project data (tasks, documents, time entries, chat etc.) is stored in Google Firebase on European data centers and protected by Firebase Security Rules. Authentication (login) is managed internationally by Google Firebase Authentication. We have signed appropriate data processing agreements (DPA) with Google for all services.

Yes. All project data is stored GDPR-compliant on European data centers. We only store data necessary for operation and offer data export on request. We have signed the required data processing agreements with Google.

No. Your project data is not used to train AI models. When you use Emma, your requests are processed via Google AI models, but are not used to train the models. Google does not store inputs or outputs from API usage for training purposes. Your data remains your data.
